Brian Fantana is an anchorman and coworker of Ron Burgundy. He is known for being a ladies' man (or at least trying to be) and is infamous for his "Sex Panther" cologne which he says is made from bits of real panther. He is funny, smart, humorous, goofy, loving, formerly grouchy, brainy, formerly cranky, impatient, formerly grumpy, short-tempered, and silly.

Brian Fantana has dark hair, a dark mustache, and seems to be in his thirties. He is short, and has a suave look to him. He often wears 1970s style suits.
Personality
Brian Fantana is sleazy around women, but generally clueless as to how to woo them. Nevertheless, he is extremely confident and believes he can have any woman. Brian has a variety of different cologne scents and condoms, showing that he is not only cocky in his abilities but prepared for anything that may come his way. Unfortunately, Brian isn't as popular with women as he makes himself out to be.
Despite that, Brian is a good and loyal friend to his coworkers, especially Ron Burgundy. For example, Brian is the first of the team to talk to Ron after he has been fired and replaced by Veronica Corringstone. This same situation shows that Brian is one of the more calm and compassionate characters in the series; he stops both Champion "Champ" Kind and Brick Tamland from confronting Ron and losing their jobs.
